Can't find the listrine strips anywhere.. and being a smoker doesn't help
Is it ok to use a spray??

Welcome to the wonderful world of ketosis! Im a smoker too and it gets awful at time lol I managed to get some strips online, just google them, they are cheap enough and I dont know what id do without them lol x

you can use gold spot mouth spray too

Also you may want to purchase a tongue cleaner,i think it also helps

I will now be investing in all three lol
I was afraid to talk to people in work today, everyone kept asking what was wrong lol
Just have to bring my toothbrush with me to work until my new supplies arrive/purchased

Hi you can also use Listerine Original mouthwash, although it does taste terrible, it works!!!!
