Bars... OMG!

Hey girls, I've had the bars since my third week on plan and my weight losses have stayed consistent so I don't think they slow your losses down. My CDC suggested to me ages ago that the bars are even nicer if you put one in the freezer about an hour before you eat it. Takes you longer to eat and also tastes nicer in my opinion ;)

I'm drooling here... Well mentally lol. And I haven't even tried these bars yet (only day 2 for me) xx
