Bars???

Hey guys im due to go onto bars tomorrow and im trying not to think too much but im worried that:
a) im going to be hungrier
b) my weightloss will slow down.

how has everyone got on with the transition into having a bar a day?
 
If you are worried then just have 1 or 2 bars through out the week instead of 1 a day...

I don't think it makes you hungry - its nice to chew something lol

I really like the cranberry bars but always think it would go better with a nice cup of tea (which I cant drink with out milk)

When I've done CD in the past it didn't effect my losses - just make sure you drink extra water!

Its my first week of Bars this week - so I will update on Sunday if its slowed down my losses this time around.

I have a bar a day and have since the beginning, it hasn't affected my losses and soesn't make me hungry, I would say definitely drink more water though xx
