Batchelors deli box noodles

Hi can anyone tell me how many syns r in the batchelors deli box noodles? I'm
Hoping they will be quite low as less than 1% fat. I bought some today but don't wana eat them till I know how many syns r in there. Thanks in advance

Ive managed get on the computer n i get the chicken one at 3 1/2 syns and the beef one at 3 syns

I was wondering the same.....However, the values are virtually identical to the tomato and herb mugshot which is free!!! At a loss..... really want to believe these are free as mugshots are free & the deli box has less saturated fat than the mugshot!!! Would be really interesting to get some confirmation on this. X

Well I put it into the syn calculator and they are FREE..... whoop!

Sorry to be bearer of bad news but these aren't free they are on the syns online and range from 1.5 -2.0 syns a box. Not bad but not free !!!

BBQ beef 1.5 syns on EE/G and 14 on R
Mild curry 1.5 syns on EE/G and 13.5 on R
Chow mein 1.5 syns on EE/G and 14 on R

might have to try these but i dont know, quite a bit of salt in them, would sooner prepare my own! not bad for 2 syns though, quick and easy
