BBQ Food - Tesco BBQ Sweet Chilli Chicken thighs

I am doing Slimming World on my own now and wondered if anyone would help me calculate some BBQ chicken.

It may be in the Slimming World tool already as Tesco BBQ Sweet Chilli Chicken thighs. You get 4 so about 185g per thigh as whole box is 700g.

If not here are the details in case anyone wouldn't mind putting through the calculator!

Per 185g

Calories = 215
Fat 12.9g
Salt = 0.7g
Carbs =2.7g
Fibre = 0.1g
Protein = 21.1g

Thank you - do you think if I remove the syn I could remove some syns?????

I think I am having 2 haha! Maybe 2 at that if try and remove skin and marinade???
