the salad will be fine as long as u stick to green salad. The burger on the other hand is a risk. it really depends on the burger. shop bought burgers tend to have a lot of additives in them. pre-formed home-made minced steak would be ok though.
yes 100% beef burgers tend to be fine, its the ones with onions you need to watch for, they can knock you out of ketosis with a hugh carb content. you can get 100% beef burgers from any supermarket i buy the ones in a box they're around £2.50 in tesco
how did your bbq go miss_c?? i had one yesterday, was a bit of a piggy, had 2 burgers, 2 sausages (bit naughty as they usually contain carbs) and a chicken wing! plus i had one of my shakes in the morning but plenty of water so hope it hasnt affected my weight for tmrws weigh-in!! it was lovely to have some yummy food though!
