Stay away from the bread rolls, chips dips etc and stick with as much lean protein and salad as possible if your REALLY worried then be a good guest and take some lovely chicken and vegetable skewers with you or a big bowl of whatever you particularly like lol a cold couscous salad goes down well at a BBQ.
Thanks for advice, well I survived! wasn't necessarilly the best food choices but I stayed well within calories something I would never have been able to do on SW, stayed away from dips and crisps and actually enjoyed the food because wasn't full from bread sticks! Woop woop x
