Been out tonight for 2nd time this week

    Hi all, just thought I'd sing my own praises. I've been out tonight (2nd time this week) and still managed to stay 100%. Still felt a bit sorry for myself, but now I'm home I feel quite proud I didn't resist.
    OH and I went straight into town, saw Al Murray and then straight home. I did have to shut my eyes though as we drove past all the restaurants. Think I will reward myself with a spot of window shopping at all the lovely clothes online that I'm hoping to wear.

    Well done you did really well. Last week I went to my mum and dads with my hubby and they ate a roast chicken dinner whilst I drank a vegetable soup. I felt sorry for myself but had a 3lb weight loss and it was all worth it.

    It is hard I know, I went up the pub the other Friday night and had sparkling water, but ended up getting a right cob on (don't know why cos I have been out and had no alcohol before....) everyone else was eating pub meals....maybe I'm just not ready for socialising yet?

    WELL DONE!!!
    i do it all the time (go out the the ub about 4 or 5 times a week and stay 100%) and trust me your will power will get stronger and stronger.
    even today while my bf and his daughter were eating take out, the sell was amazing but i was thinking of paying my money and not loosing weight. is it really worth it, and putting myself back out of ketosis so really i would be 2 weeks behind = 2 weeks of money.
    that thought alone keeps me 100% ha ha haa.
    once again WELL DONE!!!!!
