Bekki - Chocolate Mousse

Hi Bekki

How do you make your choc mousse with quark .... please.

Hiya! It's actually a recipe i adapted off the recipes board titled 'mcfluffy'.

I take a whole tub of quark (yes i'm greedy ) and add 3x sachets of options hot chocolate. Mix it up very slowly to avoid the powder going everywhere! lol.. and eat!

Last night i crushed up a few mini merigues (1 syn each) into it and it was even more delish!

Hi Beki, can you use any chocolate drink? I only have skinny cow mint hot choc in the cupboard? xx

The other day i used highlights instead - i reckon it'd work with any hot choc, it's just that options come in those handy little tube sachets and are on offer at the mo! LOL

this could get confusing, i've never met another bekki who spelt there name like i did!

I was thinking that earlier - it could get very confusing couldn't it lol! The only difference is i have one K and you have two!

Yeah, oh well sure it'll all work itself out! only spell my name like that coos i've got 2 k's in Rebekka. Don't ask me why, mother having a moment i guess, not that she ever isn't having a moment, hehe.
