No they are not - they are just cleverly marketed biscuits and are either 2.5 or 3 syns each depending on flavour.

Ooh, which flavours are which syns? They're on offer for £1 at ASDA and I've been tempted for a while ^_^

That's per biscuit not per pack of four by the way. Pretty much the same as other biscuits.

yep is definately PER biscuit.

These type of foods don't have any free food allowance, so it is 1 syn for every 20 calories.

and EACH biscuit is around the 50 calorie mark. Making them 2.5 - 3 syns per biscuit like Circes mentioned.

Oh I wish I'd come looking for this answer earlier before eating a pack of 4 and deciding that they couldn't possible be 'healthy' !
