Hello can anyone find out the syn value of Ben and Jerry's Phish Food Frozen Yoghurt for me?
And also does anyone have any idea how many syns are in a plateful of wagamama's delicious Yaki Soba? Here's hoping not too many...(although I think i'll be sadly disappointed...Much too tasty. Haha. )

B&J Jamaican Me Crazy is only 5.5 per 100g and is the best sorbet I've ever tasted! (pineapple with a passion fruit swirl)

Cherry Garcia fro yo is 8 per 100g and is also very very yummy!
