Anybody else just watched this on ITV?

I'm going to be watching this with interest, looks really good. I just get so emotional about programmes like this, as I know exactly how they feel when they realise just how much they weigh.
I really could identify with them, but not sure I could take the extreme course of going on the show!

I've just watched this and got very emotional. Anyone who has had a weight problem (which I have for most of my life) will empathise with all those on the show and understand how easy it is to let your emotions rule your mouth and let your eating get out of control. I too will be watching with interest and spurring them on - I've series linked it!

Ive not watched this yet, though have got it taped.

Did anyone watch the show last week with the 33 stone teenager from Wales, I was v.emotional, she went to a special programme in the States and lost 8 stone, then carried on loosing after the programme recording ended. Makes you realise how are emotional hang ups are often tied up in eating for comfort.

I don't like her either to be honest. Now Jillian Michaels and Bob??? Them I would work out for allllll the time

Jillian has a similar brisk manner but shes likeable and you really feel she cares about her team. That female on the UK one just seemed really cold and well plain horrible lol

I agree, but did you see the episode where she showed a picture of herself before she got fit? She was HUGE. I do like the male trainer but that has nothing to do with exercise - he's just lush!!
