    Got a Holiday To Gran Canaria booked and really looking forwards to it would love to be able to lose at least one stone :)

    Wed 23rd Feb 2011 - EE
    a:~ 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    b:~ 2 Slices Of Wholemeal Bread

    Breakfast:~ 3 Slices Of Wholemeal Toast with 20g Jam (5 Syns), Cup of Tea no sugar

    Dinner:~ Chicken, Peas, Carrotts, Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Stuffing (1.5syn) and Gravy (1.5syns)

    Tea:~ Tomato and Herb Pasta with Ham Salad.

    Exercise:~ 10mins on Treadmill :eek:!!

    Breakfast:~ 3 Poached Eggs On Wholemeal Toast

    Dinner:~ Uncle Bens Mushroom Rice (2.5 Syns) with
    400g Can of Heinz Spaghetti Bolognese (3 Syns)

    Tea:~ Plain Salad from Salad Bar In Morrisons, 1 Apple and 1
    Clementine.

    Drinks:~ 2lts Of Robinsons N/A/S Orange and Pineapple Juice
    Can Of Pepsi Max and Cup Of Tea - 1 Sugar (1 Syn)

    Total Syns:~ 6.5

    Exercise:~ 10mins on Crosstrainer

    b:~ Wholemeal Bread

    Breakfast:~ 2 Slice of Wholemeal Toast (5) with Jam (2)

    Dinner:~ Salmon, Potatoes, Parsnips,Carrots, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, and 1 Dsp Bisto Parsley Sauce (2).

    Tea:~ Went out for tea:~ 2 Large Glasses of Sparkling Water with Steak Salad.

    At Home:~ Cup Of Tea with a splash of Drambuie (2)
    2 Squares of Cadbury Fruit and Nut (3).

    Exercise:~ 15min on Crosstrainer

    Total Syns:~ 14

    a:~ 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    b:~ 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread

    Breakfast:~ Scrambled Egg, Fresh Tomato and Mushrooms - Dry Fried, 1 Slice of Wholemeal Toast

    Dinner:~ Beef, Potatoes, Parsnips, Carrots, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts,
    3 tsp of Morrisons Gravy - Expecting 1.5syns - Was (4.5) :eek:!!
    Pudding:~ Everybody had Sponge Pudding and Custard - 1 resisted :D and had 2 Clementines

    Tea:~ Tomato Soup - Yummy!!
    5 Tomatoes, Dry Fried Onions, Half tsp of Very Lazy Red Chillies, Half a tsp of Tomato Puree Double Concentrate - Shared Between 3 of us - (1)

    8.50pm - Clementine, Cup Of Tea and Weetabix Whote Chocolate Oaty Bar (3.5)

    Exercise:~ 10 mins On Crosstrainer
    20 Each Leg On Chair

    Sun 27th Feb 2011 - Red Day

    a:~ 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    a:~
    b:~ 1 Slice of Wholemeal Bread
    b:~ 1 Slice of Wholemeal Bread.

    Breakfast:~ 2 Slices of Wholemeal bread, Sparyed one side with frylight and fried in pan, filled with Bacon and a Fried egg and 1 12g sachet of HP Brown Sauce (1)

    Dinner:~ Meat and Potatoe (6) Pie - Resisted the Pastry (Was Hard - Lol!!) Served with Broccoli, Carrots, Brussels Sprouts and Gravy in the Pie (say 8 syns)

    Tea:~ Pink Salmon Salad.

    Exercise:~ 12.5mins on Treadmill in Morning and 20 each leg on Chair
    12mins On Treadmill at night and 20 each leg on chair.

    Feeling pretty amazing today manage to wear a pair of jeans that fitted prefectly only a couple of weeks ago i tried them on and they felt sooooo tight :banana dancer::greenapple:

    Breakfast:~ 2 Slices of Wholemeal Toast with 200g Heinz Curry Beanz (1)

    Dinner:~ Sweet Potato made into Chips and Mushy Peas - Yummy!!

    Tea:~ Cow Pie! - Mashed Potatoes with Onion and 84g Catherdal Light Mature Cheese (1A and 6 Syns)

    Exercise:~ 12mins on Treadmill
    20 each leg on Chair

    Tea:~ Taster Night at Group, Tried the new Hifi Bar - Geogrous (6)
    At Home:~ Steak and Salad and Another Hi-Fi Bar (6)

    Weigh-In:~ Lossed 1 Pound - Little Gutted Thought it might of been more :(

    No Exercise.

    Wed 2nd Mar 2011 - Well Started off as a Red Day, Ended up as a Purple Day!!!!! - Dads Birthday

    a:~ 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    a:~ 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
    b:~ 2 Chocolate Weetabix + 4 Syns
    b:~ 1 Chocolate Weetabix + 2 Syns

    Breakfast:~ 3 Chocolate Weetabix

    Dinner:~ Cabbage and Bacon

    Afternoon:~ Custard Slice - Tooooo Many Syns

    Tea:~ When Out For Carverly, Beef, Potatoes, 2 Roast Potatoes, Carrotts, Peas, Bit Of Cauliflower Cheese, Swede and Gravy.
    Pudding:~ Chocolate Fudge Cake and Fresh Cream Also shared with my 4 year old niece.

    No Exercise


    Had way to many syns but enjoyed the day, Back on plan tomorrow - Happy Birthday Dad!!!!

    The Skinny Cow Chocolate BRownie Ice Lolly (4.5)

    No Exercise AGAIN
