Got a Holiday To Gran Canaria booked and really looking forwards to it would love to be able to lose at least one stone

b:~ 2 Slices Of Wholemeal Bread
Breakfast:~ 3 Slices Of Wholemeal Toast with 20g Jam (5 Syns), Cup of Tea no sugar
Dinner:~ Chicken, Peas, Carrotts, Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Stuffing (1.5syn) and Gravy (1.5syns)
Tea:~ Tomato and Herb Pasta with Ham Salad.
Exercise:~ 10mins on Treadmill !!
