Birthday party!!! please help

    I am attending a birthday party and I have no idea what food will be available!!!!

    Can anyone point out some tips on what to choose and how to calculate the syns in party food?

    any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

    Eat before you go that way you won't be tempted to eat too much non SW foods.

    stick as much as possible to free foods and super free as for how to syn foods I tend to look on SW and use what they say for example you eat a sausage roll, but you've no idea which brand it is, so just find a general one on on SW website.

  5. I went to a child's birthday party last month. Was appalled at the rubbish food they were providing for those children! Nothing I wanted to eat, so I didn't eat anything! When asked I said "oh I have just had loads", or "my plate is over there somewhere, I will get it in a minute", did a lot of drinking of water and a lot of talking, and ate when I got home!
