Black pudding!

Help, couldn't resist a slice of black pudding today at work but really regret it now! Can anyone tell me how many syns it possibly would be for an inch slice as not managed to find it in the syn directory!

I get the slices pre packed from aldi there are 4 in a pack for 99p, each slice about an inch thick is 2 1/2 syns. If you have had it out depends how it was cooked it could be more but i dont think 2 1/2 is that bad.for using at home just grill ot with frylight.

Recipe idea for black pudding.

I use two slices of black pud with lots of grilled bacon chopped up in salad then dress with fat free youghart with 1/2 teaspoon of english mustard stired in its yummy.
