Black pudding

Hi does anyone no the syns in black pudding? Thanks in advance

Some of them can be very high (SW quotes 11.5 syns per 100g as a general rule), but I found one in Tesco that wasn't too bad. It is called Bury Black Pudding and comes in a pack of four thick slices. Two slices are 7 syns, which is a decent amount to go on a SW fry-up
