Wonder why on earth they calculate it fried! I love black pudding, hardly ever have it but would never fry it in oil. Does anyone. Only needs a good non stick pan.

ohhh thats really good to know!, i was thinking the same yesterday when i was in the butchers and the puddings were calling my name lol but i resisted coz i thought they'd be at least double that!

i here a 'fry up' with black pudding calling on sunday morning yum yum.

wonder what the syns would be if you didnt use the oil?
