Body fat %

I know how to work out my BMI but does anyone know how to work out their % of body fat?

I have weightwtchers scales that tell you all that. Apparently they pass a small electric charge (you don't feel it) through your body in order to measure body fat, water etc.

My scales do that too, but I'm so fat they keep saying error, how embarrassing!

Yep I've got scales that do it, not sure you can calculate it, think you need a gadgety thing!

You need a calipars (spelling) to take measurements of loose skin in certain areas or get one of those weighing scales

Funny- I asked my son just that about half an hour ago!! Can't afford any new gizmos- but at a guess I think I must still be nigh on 50% blubber.
No- can't be quite that bad as my bones must weigh something.

Anyone know how to work out how much your bones weigh ( he he!!)

depends how big they are mine are tiny so probably weigh nothing at all

I have the gizmo - they used to say error, then 46% for ages - last time i weighed in they said 37!!!!!!!!!!
