boredom? mousse?

how does everyone cope with the boredom? this is the end of my 7th week and i have done really well, im not hungry and i dont crave any foods but i am so bored with milkshakes! has anyone tried making the mousse? i really dont fancy the flapjacks...:wave_cry:

I tried a vanilla mousse tonight and actually it wasn't too bad - I did dissolve a sweetener in it as well as I wanted to pretend I had a bowl of custard! Lol the only thing I will say is that the whole packet with 2fl oz of water made a very small amount of mousse and didn't fill me up as much as a full shake would have done.

Also tonight I made up a choc shake as a mousse then spooned it into ice cube trays - popped it in the freezer and voilà! I have chocolate :) and it isn't too bad ... ! Great to have one as a desperate snack or save ur meal til late on a Friday and watch a movie with loads of "chocolate"

I have made the choc milkshake up as a mousse and put in microwave for a minute and a half and made a 'muffin', its not too bad and makes a change!

the only thing thats getting me through this is smoking! only on day one! bloke in chemists only gave me vanilla and chocolate flavours i should have just got the soup im really way more into savoury food! im a chef and the lack of flavour is killing me! even my dogs food looks and smells more inviting! however im looking forward to loosing my weight so always look on the bright side and all that! i tried the mousse just now i think its best just to down it!
