Bread, more than HE

Two slices of wholemeal bread, from the loaf I like is 100g. How do I syn the 40 extra grams of wholemeal bread.

As they have no free food allowance you can work out the Syns using 20 calories = 1 Syn.

Okay, that's cool, I can stick the recipe in a calculator, divide by two, for the loaves, and then by the number of slices, work out the weight. Then I can tweak the recipe if I need to bring the syn value down.

Its usually about 1 syn for every 10g hun so this would be about 4 syns + HEB
