Bread question

It says on F & H list that you can eat anything on the list as often as you want?

Calorie controlled bread is on the list......can you really eat as much as you want?
 
Anything on the list yes, but i don't think 'as much as you want' is the right message. Eat until you are comfortably full and in normal portions - eg I wouldn't be having bread at every meal.
 
I don't see why it would be if the nutritional info is the same. ... sounds like a way to get you to buy their products. .....
 
Unless they have some magical ingredient in them. ... But I doubt it ;-)
 
Doing ok but I've only managed 1 day doing filling and healthy so far. I've had alcohol this week again so I expect to stay the same again. How about you? Xxx
