Hi was just wondering the syn value of a slice of marks and spencer thick sliced White danish loaf 400g! Also are 2 slices counted as a heb?

Thanks in advance! :)

No it's not a HEX and as it isn't wholemeal it will be 1 syn per 20 calories.

Ooh crap I had 2 thinking they Wer the same as the White Danish from tesco as its classed as a heb so my c said! It's really yummy knew it'd b too goo to b true!

Tesco? The only white bread that is a HEX is Nimble as far as I know. I think some gluten free ones might be too but Ive never used them.

If the particular brand is not listed as a HEX you get 57g of wholemeal bread only, no other type of bread counts as a HEX.

Not to worry, its only a one off :)

Here, this is every bread that you can use as a HEXB. If it's not on the list, it's not a HEXB.
