Hi All, what's the best bread syn wise?

I tend to buy Tesco or Morissons own medium sliced WM bread & 2 slices are normally 60g, but if its over the 60g I Syn it

I eat asda or Co-op pitta breads - Hex B
or have a Wholemeal pitta for 1 Hex B & 1 syn
or cut the crust of 2 slices of Wm bread & it weights the right amount to be a HEX B
Both feel like ive actually had some bread (the 400g loafs are too thin)

I use Hovis Nimble Wholemeal 400g - 51 calories per slice.

The hovis nimble bread isnt very nice the only way I like it is with beans on top or something , it's hard 2 eat it any other way, i would sometimes use a dairylea triangle on top spread if I don't have beans x

i refuse to give up the bread i like, hovis thick wholemeal or burgen soya and linseed, but i just have one slice as a healthy extra and count as syns if have any more
saying that, i have hardly eaten any bread this week, 3 slices at the most! amazing!
