An omlette would be good, or scrambled egg and beans! I can't get enough of chopped up fruit, mixed with natural fat free yoghurt and vanilla essence! yummy, and it keeps me full until lunch as I usually chop up an apple, two apricots and a pear!!!! Plus it doesn't use any HEs.
