Does anybody else not eat breakfast. I never have and I find it hard to get my head round starting now. I know it is the most important meal of the day and all that, but I rarely feel like eating first thing (unless I'm at a hotel or something). It isn't to do with saving calories or anything, just not in the habit. I don't usually feel hungry until lunchtime anyway. Do you think it is ok to carry on without it, or do I need to try and start having something first thing?
