Breakfast.....

I used to be like this. Some days it would be 12.30/1 before I ate. It didn't bother me and I wasn't tired/or hungry.
Then I started eating breakfast. Now I wake up hungry. So once you start you can't stop. Your body does need that fuel in he morning, even if you don't get signals.
 
I struggle with breakfast because I'm out of the house around 7am most days. I would like to avoid having my HE for breakfast and have it later in the day but most of the time end up doing that because it's easier to have something like porridge at work as we have a microwave. I would also prefer something savoury for breakfast (really not a fruit eater at all).

I might try taking some hard boiled eggs and ham or something like that tomorrow, or maybe scrambled eggs in the microwave at work.

If I was home I'd do a nice SW fry up (or grill-up!) :)
