Breastfeeding on SW

Hi all
Just want a bit of advise. Is anyone on slimming world while breastfeeding?

Would u say it's worth it and have u seen results as u normally would?

I know we get extra hex etc so does it actually work ?do u loose even tho eating extra?

When I was starting sw I was feeding my daughter only a couple of times a day so I didn't take the healthy extras.

Honestly, slimming world is amazing, and it's worth it for anyone who wants to lose weight, whether breastfeeding or not. I cannot sing the praises of sw enough! Lots of unlimited yummy syn free food! If you are anything like I was breastfeeding does make you quite hungry so sw is perfect

I was on slimming world before I got pregnant. And yes u found it fantastic too. But cz with breastfeeding u get lot more was thinking would it really be like as I was before loosing weight.

I guess I want to see someone who's doing it successfully..
