Hi, I have loads of weight to lose and so I am looking for a buddy in Scotland who would like to help and be helped I know I can get wonderful support here and do that for others too but would dearly love somebody to go for coffee, walks, just chat or email if little further afield and assist each other who is around my own age (cough) 51.
