Bulk up protein?

Hi all
I’m looking for easy quick tasty low sun high protein snacks I can have on SW. I’ve been back at SW for 3.5mths, going ok lost 1.5st so far and have realistically 1.5st to go (properly add another st to that too).
However I’ve also started back at the gym and discovered my body fat level is crazily high. The trainers’ tip is to boost protein as I’m not rebuilding my muscles after working out so they are holding on to any fats they get given in my diet.
Protein shakes don’t do it for me, the bars are often full of sugar and I can’t eat bananas or avocados. So am having almonds but they’re pretty boring. Slimfast shake is 15g of protein tasty and low sugar BUT about 10syns.....

Any thoughts?
