so I'm doing it right with a roast chicken dinner every night, porridge for breakfast and beans for dinners..
leeks, cabbage, brocoli and cauliflower to go with my roasties and chicken..
can't beat it..

Looks like you are doing it very right ColJack! I am all for variety in meals/menu's etc but looks like you have a winning formula!

Thanks for posting that. I'm going looking for a buckwheat pancake recipe now (that's after I find out what on earth buckwheat is) :)

Drat! Unground buckwheat is free but when ground buckwheat is 4.5 syns per 25g :eek:
