    it certainly is!!! i dint think it would be as its like potato really-i love it pealed diced and roasted-its nice pan fried too, with just a teaspoon of light marge, salt and pepper, and a bit f chopped up rosemary! its made my day lol, im off to the market to get some freash veg in!

    I love it as a base to soups. My daughter and I love BNS mash. It's good roasted, and it's so filling! Lovely roasted, scooped out and mixed with craime fraicher and herbs, then put back as a gorgeous starter

    You can eat the skin you know? Its gorgeous roasted and its full of nutrients and fibre!!! xxx

    I've got a butternut squash byriani on the hob and it's gorgeous. Used the shwartz spice mix. Rerally is good. MAde BNS and red lentil curry before. That's good too
