Calories in a Tuna Salad - Any ideas??

Hey calorie counters! :D

I wonder if any of you can help me out? I was just wondering if any of you had any idea roughly how many calories would be in the tuna salad in the picture attached (I have attached 2 so you get a better idea of amounts involved each day) There is a whole tinm of tuna on the salad so I know that's 150 calories and the rest of the salad is made up of lettuce, cucumber, plum tomatoes, green peppers, gherkins, jalepenos, red onion and a handful of full fat grated cheddar cheese.

I am useless at calculating calories so any estimates you may be able to help with would be fab.

Im useless at this counting calories too at the minute so cnt really help but gimme some of that tuna salad yummm looks gooood :D xx

Your best is using something like My Fitness Pal and putting the ingredients in separately. Even if you don't have an account there, you can use a free 'recipe' tool in which you add everything and it works it out for you.

I mostly posted to say that it looks AMAZING! Yum!!!

You really need to weigh each ing as you put it on the plate...

I tend to put the plate on the scales and reset it before adding each item!

Thanks for all your responses! I realise it's almost impossible to work out from a piccie! :eek:

The problem I have is that I buy this salad made up from Subway and then put my own tuna in so no idea how much everything weighs! it is always huuuuuge though so probably not being as good as I like to think I am! :rolleyes:

On MFP 2 cups of mixed salad is like 30 cal so that wont be much the cals will be in the cheese x
