Hi everyone, I've recently started SW again and have dug out my old books that I kept from last time. In the "Free canned food" book, it states that cambells meatballs (now fray bentos) are free, but I've just double checked on the on line calculator and it says theyre 18syns!!. The book I have is quite old (about 5 years lol) so now I'm confused. Can I eat them or not?
Thanks in advance for any replies

Lou

You're right that campbell's meatballs used to be syn free a few years back but are not any more. Didn't know they were quite so high in syns though! It's the same with cans of Heinz Macaroni Cheese, which also used to be free.

Kind regards and good luck back on SW.

Oooh thanks so much for the above info, much appreciated :). It'll help me next time I'm shopping. Looks like I will have to update my books, so will enquire when I'm next at class. Thanks again.
