Can anyone tell me how to get a ticker and use the CD 100% badge.

do you have to be here for a while before you can upload a picture as I dont seem to have the oprtion to put my picture on?

You need a minimum of 50 posts, i believe. So a quick way ( but a little cheat ) is to find the word games on this site and up your number of posts that way >>>
