Can anyone help?

Hi guys I'm new to this. I am joining a new slimming world class starting near me on sat, I am a little skeptical of how well it will work for me, I have lost 6st in the past couple of years 3st initially on sw(only ever did green days) then when I could no longer stomach the carbs I switched to ww and lost the other 3. I have put almost a stone on since Xmas and I am so disgusted with myself, but it seems the more disgusted I am the more wine I drink and chocolates I eat. Although slimming world worked well when I was heavier I've been looking at my old books and I'm worried as it seems like I will be eating so much more than on ww, and just wondering if anyone else has swapped and had good results? And whether extra easy is as effective, I eat fish but not meat. Any advise and support is welcome.x.
 
Hi hun - Although I have loads to lose I find what I love about SW is the flexibility and the focus on eating healthy on EE it really enourages you to eat at least 1/3 of your plate with fruit / veg / saled etc ( Superfree). have a look throug the food diaries and chat on the groups and I am sure they will be able help see if this is suitable for you. xxx
