Wow! 14 lbs!! That must have been the greatest news for you!! I am exdcited - I was 7.25 on day 4, and I was happy with that for a week - anything more is going to be a big bonus!!! Woohoo!! Roll on Monday night!

Just come back from my 1st WI ... 8lbs lighter and more importantly I now have bars to crunch on!! Really pleased and raring to go next week, armed with my savoury drinks and water flavours

I was wondering the other day the cost of the water flavours? Also, what size bottle are they? They seemed pretty expensive, unless its a size that will last awhile?

BL - the water flavourings come in a 150g tub, it's a very fine powder. I have mine pretty strong and have a few a day and they last over a week - other people have them last 2-3 weeks. I'd say they're worth a try as it makes a pleasant change from water.
