Count the cheese portion of a quorn Lasagne as my hexA?? And if I can how do I work this out??
Half a 500g quorn Lasagne is 5.5 syns

Yes you could, did you buy the lasagne or make it yourself. If you made it yourself it would be easier, otherwise I'm not too sure how you would count the cheese.

it's a quorn one so I dont know it just says 'vegetarian medium fat hard cheese' and 'vegetarian red Leicester cheese' no weights or nowt!

I don't see how you can do this with a ready meal as you aren't told how much cheese is in it.

Also, your portion would not contain a whole healthy extra. A hex is equal to 6 syns and the portion is only 5.5 syns to start with but contains other synned ingredients such as tomato puree, wine, flour oil.

It looks lovely though.
