Can lots of coffee effect your losses?

Hello fellow Lipotrimmers!

I'm drinking a lot of decaf black coffee (to keep me sane!) with 2 sweetener tablets in each cup. I know this is on the 'allowed' list, but i'm worried the 8-9 cups a day will actually add up calorie wise and slow my losses...

Does anyone know if there are any limits on decaf coffee and sweetener tablets and if so, what they are??

hey there, i really dont think you have anything to worry about, i drink about four cups a day, same reason it keeps me going & i dont think it has affected my losses
Rest assured there are absolutely no calories in coffee!
