Alpen light bars can be used for a healthy extra, you can eat 2 of them as a hexb. If you are synning thm i think it is 3 syns per bar, hope this helps x

That's the danger of forums..... whilst I'm surprised anyone would say that Alpen Lights are free, you can get incorrect information!

No cereal bar would be free.

As said above, they are 2 for a B choice or 3 syns each - only the Light ones though, not the normal (much yummier) Alpen bars.

The new cherry bake well ones areigjts and really yummy!! But they are blooming expensive!!
