    Hi Harrie

Ok, think I've worked those out for you.

First one is 10 syns (if not allowing any free foods).

If allowing peppers and the cod/prawns as free on original, the syns are 6 on original and green and 7½ EE.

Your second tin, if allowing scallops as free food allowance, comes out at 3½ EE, 7 Green and 3½ original.

Not totally sure I did the HE/free food allowance thing right!

Can you not get onto lifeline online in Spain?!

I have to pay and as so much of the info is UK based, it's not worth it.

Thanks for working these out for me!
