Can someone work out these syns please?

Some tins I've found with possible red day meals!

First is stuffed peppers with cod and prawns:

Portion (225g ... 100g)
Cals: 200 ... 89
Fat: 11g ... 5
Sat fat: 2g ... 0.8
Carbs: 17g ... 7.5
Protein: 8g ... 3.5
Sugar: 3g ... 1.3
Fibre: 3g ... 1.3

scallops in a sauce (100g)
Cals: 143
Fat: 7.9g
Sat fat: 1.7g
Carbs: 5g
Protein: 12.9g
Sugar: 1g
Fibre: 0g

Ok, think I've worked those out for you.

First one is 10 syns (if not allowing any free foods).

If allowing peppers and the cod/prawns as free on original, the syns are 6 on original and green and 7½ EE.

Your second tin, if allowing scallops as free food allowance, comes out at 3½ EE, 7 Green and 3½ original.

Not totally sure I did the HE/free food allowance thing right!

Can you not get onto lifeline online in Spain?!
