Chose the right things (which it looks like you have) and you get a lot of whack for your money ;)
 
Thank you both ,seemed so much food thought i must be going wrong some where.

Dont know what I will do when I up my calories to maintain Im still tring to loose a little 3lb gain on my 2 week hols in tenerife plus a little more as a buffer zone .

Just thought I may make up the difference with a vodka or 2 :)on a saturday night lol xx
 
I can highly recommend the odd tunnock tea cake to top up!!
