Can we have...?

Just been reading through some of the threads on here as I'm starting my refeed tomorrow. Think I've got my head round most of it but just have a couple of queries.

Are we allowed mayonnaise? Think I read on someone's thread that we can have Helmann's Light Mayo. Is that right? Does it have to be the Light or the Extra Light? What day can we have this from?

Can we have mustard?

Also, can we have flavoured low fat yoghurts (like weight watcher's ones or mullerlights)? And again, what day is this?

I'm sorry if these questions have really obvious answers but I just want to make sure!

Mayo: The lightest one you can find from day 3 i believe so get the extra light one.
Mustard: A little from day 3.
Yogurts: Low fat ones from day 4.
