My origanal goal which my leader recorded is 9st 7

but i changed my mind and want to go to 9st

i know if i hit goal i become a gold member but can i still be a gold member if i want to loose those last 7lbs

yeah you should be able to, as long as your goal is within the 20-25 bmi x

yeah it is it takes me to the bottom of the healthy weight for my hight mainly because next october im going to be ttc so the more weight i have to spare iykwim will make it easier to not go over weight after the babys born
