My past 2 days ave been like this. I've had mince pies, mars bar & crisps oh and end of a hand cut loaf of bread wi butter. You may find once you've tracked it all is not lost & you may have only used some of ur weeklies. That's wot I've done & I've still got 22 of my weeklies to last me till thurs. Chin up x
As others have said we are only human , bad days are allowed! Just have low pp food for the rest of the day and track carefully and honestly for the rest of the week... you might be able to fix any possible issues! Hang in there!
