starting detox today and feeling positive..hopefully that'll continue im off to the gym lunchtime. that has lapsed somewhat cause of always other people coming before my needs but ive decided to be a bit selfish and think about myself for a while we shall see
im not expecting much to come off initially but hopefully if i keep this up it will become second nature and i wont have to think about it and keep referring back to the books..thats what i find puts me off and makes me feel im 'dieting'. all i want is to just do it and not have to wonder about if im being good or bad or whatever. nice and easy sounds great lol
