just wondered if anyone knew the syn value per biscuit for these. i used to have the cheese melt ones and the original ones and had a craving so wondered how bad they were?? cant find a value anywhere! thanks x

I dont know the syn value but the cheese melt ones are fabulous. I think they are 20 cals a biscuit and if thats true, then 1 syn each would be a rough guesstimate.

Carrs Water biscuits (small ones) are 0.5 syn each
