Carte d'or light vanilla icecream

Does any one of the syn value for 50g of the light vanilla carte d'0r.
In lastinths magazine in the meal planner it says u can have 25g of reduce fat I've cream and it's 1.5 syns, but I was after a more accurate value if possible x

It's 1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food allowance, so you can work it out exactly from the packet (or from a quick google for the calories)

70 cals so 3.5 syns then!!! Yum! Totally worth it!
