Hi I'm new to the SP days at SW. Have done EE for years with SW but things have changed since I last attended a group...
Here is my diary for today. I would really appreciate it if you could have a look and make sure I'm doing it right?!
Breakfast: 35g porridge oats <HexB) mixed with a small banana and an egg to make an oat pancake. Had this with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries on top. Black coffee.
Lunch: 1/4 pack of Lidl chicken tikka (1 SYN?) with lettuce, radishes, cucumber, spring onion and 1bls low fat salad cream (2 syns) sugar free tango.
Dinner: chicken breast, aubergine/red onion/cherry tomatoes/mushrooms/tinned tomatoes to make a ratatouille, a dollop of turnip mash and 1tbs Philly light cheese (hex A) 2 slices garlic baguette (4 syns each? So 8 syns)
Snacks: 4 minstrels sweets (1syn each?)
15 syns total
Does this look ok or should I be having less syns?
