Disaster!
Bottle of wine! What came over me! Have restarted this morning. Felt terrible about it but now am being pragmatic and just ultra determined to stick to it this time. My mini goal is to get over the first three days as they say it's the hardest! Silly old me, still never mind. October 1st, Monday morning, best day for starting diets! Or restarting for those of us who were taken over by a momentary demon over the weekend.
